disabled ambulatory and non-ambulatory adults live family-style
in six drug-free, community-based homes in Santa Clara County,
CA. Focusing on community living skills, Twelveacres educates
and develops clients socially, occupationally, personally and
culturally. Twelveacres' service methodology is based on the
practice of Christian Science. Clients and staff experience healing,
progress and growth and they overcome the limitations of disability
by relying entirely on Christian Science.
